Kinda noticed that they are using the consensus polling data to change a state’s color when the polls close. FL is going to Trump unless something majorly drastic changes. FOX may have egg on their face unless the remaining vote in VA are overwhelmingly for Biden.

From a neutral point of view, absentee and mail in ballots being so massively skewed to one side is a major problem. Because that ultimately encourages a massive amount of resources being put in by both sides in either expanding or limiting such voting, regardless of what the “ideal” proportion of such voting actually is (if we could know such a thing). It’s an ideal situation for abuses from either side.
That’s the purpose of them.

Official results are the ones reported to the Pennsylvania department of state. You can check by county, Philadelphia hasn’t submitted any mail ballots. If there is going to be any shenanigans with PA’s election it is going to be mall in ballots from Philly, and they’re staying mum on them at the moment. I expect many lawsuits.

Total official ballots reported from Philly is currently 106,546. There are over 1,200,000 registered voters in Philly, for an outstanding balance of about 1.1 million. 400K isn’t even a challenge.
Which isn’t too say that they need to manufacture any where near 400K, the last 4 presidential elections had well over 500K votes for the D candidate, and they are only reporting 74K votes for Biden. I would expect at least 400K votes to be added to Biden’s total from Philly alone without fraud, the rural counties need to pick up the slack. The real test will be the counties around Philly, they’ll almost certainly go for Biden, but the percentage they break at will determine the outcome.

I don’t see how Biden can win Pennsylvania. He’s down by 700,000 votes and would need to win roughly 70% of the outstanding votes. Biden is only getting like 72% in Philadelphia County.
I don’t see how he could possibly make up that difference without raising quite a few eyebrows. The math doesn’t seem to work. The only way would be like massive voter turnout (like 135%) in places like Philadelphia.

Yeah if there’s 2 million votes left and Biden takes 70% of them, he wins by less than 100,000 votes. The county with the lowest percentage counted so far (Bucks), currently has Trump up by 15. That should narrow, but making up 15 percentage points with 70% of the votes in would have to be completely unprecedented. That’s nuts.
I’ll just jump in here. Biden is fucking toast. The votes are not there. This is much closer than I thought it would be. But Trump has this.
On the NYT, they have a blurb about Erie County:
“Erie County, Pa., counted 13,121 mail ballots, which Biden won 5 to 1. There are 37,000 mail votes still out; Dems expect him to carry them by at least 3 to 1. That means he would win this bellwether county.”
Currently with 70% of the vote in, Trump is up by 15 points in that county (he won it by 1.6 in 2016). But the mail in ballots are gonna come in 80/20 for Biden? If they do, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to have a close look at them.
To put it more simply, Trump has more votes now than Clinton got in 2016 (about 2,000) with only 73% reporting. And Pennsylvania’s population hasn’t grown much if at all.
Why hasn’t NC been called for Trump? All outlets are saying 100% of the vote and T has a solid lead.

So, if Trump happens to win, an interesting facet from the CNN exit polls is that he has indeed increased his minority support (albeit not by large margins) across the board. Comparing 2016 to 2020 exit polls, Trump held steady with whites and gained 4 points with each other ethnic group measured (blacks, hispanics, asians, and other). Notably, Trump won 40% of hispanics in TX and 47% in Florida, so I don’t think the demographics is destiny idea is holding up too well.

Also, the purple states of OH and FL went fairly strongly against Biden, so I don’t think it is correct to posit that the trends are pointing only and inexorably in one direction. Plus, to get away from the partisanship, some issues have trended in the right direction in recent decades: gun rights have expanded and drug prohibitions have decreased. It’s not all bad out there!

No, the media designed polls to make it seem that way. Trump smashed through Florida, NC, GA, Ohio, and PA. The Dems were primed and ready in PA to stop the count if it looked like Trump was winning while they grab more Biden votes.
The media are co-conspirators in this, essentially an unregistered arm of the Democrat Party. They delayed calling for Trump and the tech companies have taken down anything that questions the fraud being committed in PA.
