STEVE SMITH WORRY – HIM COUSIN, SEA SMITH, GO ON RAMPAGE. HIM DO MORE THAN NORMAL SHIP, CREW RAPE. SEA SMITH RAPE ENTIRE HURRICANE SEASON, RAPE ALL STORMS. STEVE SMITH WONDER WHAT HAPPENING…?
WAIT, HIM HEAR PHONE RING. BE RIGHT BACK.
“STEVE SMITH SPEAKING, FREE CASCADIA! HOW CAN HIM HELP YOU?”
“The trunalumunprazure are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, Jack. And miles to go before I sleep, Fat. And miles to go before I semi-fascist. Remember. Miles to go before I beat Pharma.” *CLICK*
STEVE SMITH HAVE GO…
“AHHH, WHAT IN THE HELL IS THAT?!” “BIGFOOT IS RAPING THE ENTIRE C-SUITE!!!” “RUN!” “SASQUATCH ATTACK!”
…
“We can’t stay here after that…whatever that was. Oh no…dear God! It is following us! Quick, turn here. Maybe it will get distracted.”
“What, someone else coming to complain about us moving?” “Hey, you can’t just…OH MY GOD!”
“STEVE SMITH HAVE MANY MILE GO!”
“That thing is raping the whole building!” “Did you see what it did to the mailroom?!” “Run away! Run away!”
Caterpillar said on Tuesday it would move its global headquarters to Irving, Texas from its current location in Deerfield, Illinois, marking an end to the company’s century-long presence in the Land of Lincoln.
The construction equipment maker is the latest big manufacturer to exit Illinois. Last month, aerospace giant, Boeing announced that it would move corporate headquarters from Chicago to Arlington, Virginia.
Good for Caterpiller.
Boeing going deeper into the Swamp? Of course.
I live here and I’m about to throw up my hands and say stop.
At the present rates, d/fw will surpass Chicago as the 3rd largest metropolitan area in the US.
Absolutely would not have believed that 30 years ago.
I believed it then
They were building everywhere: Coppell, Plano, Keller, Wylie, Frisco, Keller, Mansfield, Benbrook, Waxahatchie, Balch Springs, Cedar Hill, Rockwall: you couldn’t swing a dead cat without hitting a construction project. And while the suburbs were exploding, the inner city never slowed down.
In the rest of America, the suburbs were doing okay, almost entirely at the expense of the city: construction was about redistribution more than growth.
Speaking of memories, WFAA was about the only station around town that didn’t have a Kxyz designation, and in my years their jingle included the line “Fort Worth – Dallas.” I never lived in Dallas; I hated being lumped in with those bastards.
And that guy from TCCC police dispatch never came back…what was his name?
Sir Digby?
I thought Houston was on the cusp of being bigger than Chicago?
The city by itself is still about 400,000 behind as of 2021. They both shrunk in the last year, Chicago by 1.8% and Houston by 0.7%. Using Metro Statistical Area, Dallas is ahead of Houston, but still almost 2 million behind Chicago.
Companies move all the time for financial and regulatory reasons. But we can’t have a national divorce because states are uniformly Democrat or Republican. IOW, you could never have the US split up even though it has happened repeatedly around the world.
State borders aren’t the right boundaries.
We need walls around the big cities.

Big hurricane season predicted – climate change to blame.
OT: NH Primary results. Links for down ballot result are at the bottom.
WMUR called the Republican governor’s primary for Sununu with only 2% reporting. Sununu had 80% then. Then more results came in, and he dropped to 78%. He’s sitting at 79% as I type this comment.
exciting
WMUR called a few races overnight. Sununu is holding at 79%. WMUR called the CD-1 races. Mowers lost to Karoline Leavitt. Mowers, despite working for Trump is an Establishment stooge. The Establishment has been attacking Leavitt. CD-2 not called but Burns, who is a Trump guy, is in the lead ahead of Hansel (Establishment guy) and Lily Tang Williams. No call in the Senate race, but Don Buldoc (not Establishment) is ahead of Chuck Morse (Establishment guy) with my choice (Bruce Fenton) 5th.
Granite PAC, the PAC that benefits Sununu but Sununu has nothing do with it (sure…), has collected some scalps. It targeted six state reps. Mike Sylvia lost his primary. Norm Silber will probably lose. Max Abramson has lost his primary. Josh Yokela has won. I think Paul Terry will survive his. Melissa Blasek won hers. Note if you look at the WMUR results – their marking of winners in the state rep races they’ve called is sometimes fucked. NH has multi-person house districts, so more than one person can win.
Once STEVE SMITH has had his way with all the Boing c-suite management folks, they should order a starter bundle of personal cleaning products from Dr. Squatch. Might help them get over feeling violated.
My grandmother was a secretary to, I think, the VP of Caterpillar in Peoria before WW2. She and most of my distant relatives on that side are buried there. My dad worked as a teenager for Caterpillar, too, and he signed up for the Navy the instant he was eligible to get out of there.
Remember the Texas teacher advocating to call pedophiles MAPs? Well…
El Paso teacher’s firing over ‘pedophiles’ comment in classroom touches off firestorm
So now it appears they want to fire her for straying to far from the lesson plan, or something.
Well, everyone but the teacher you want to fire because of 18 seconds of out of context video on the interent.
I assumed there was context missing. But how the hell does that connect to The Crucible?
This prompted me to refresh my memory on The Crucible, which led me to look into the playwright’s experience with McCarthyism, which led me to a NYT article about him being convicted of contempt of congress:
I did not know that a charge of contempt of congress had to be ruled on by a judge, I always figured it was just one of the usurped powers of congress (it isn’t an enumerated power). I now foresee only Republicans being convicted of such a charge going forward.
By the by, I was unable to find the requested beer in my area. But, I am bringing the New Belgium sampler pack and a couple other local brews. As well as the best kosher dill pickles on the planet. I read earlier today that you don’t like dill pickles, I’m going change your mind. (also an assortment of other sconnie fare)
New
BelgiumGlarus. #brainfartIt is un-Firstmanlike to eat phallic shaped foods such as pickles.
I cannot endorse this sort of behavior.
If your dick looks like a pickle I think you got some serious medical issues.
Says the guy with a massive, tumorous taint.
It don’t look no food stuffs though.
You apparently live in an extra hellish part of Wisconsin. May the gods of beer have mercy on your local liquor establishment(s)
You see, what you don’t understand MikeS is that is far more politically expedient just to fire the teacher involved in the controversy than it is to apply reason and do the right thing. When you look at it like that, it’s really the only call to make.
I took a ride on the new motorscooter (’05 Yamaha FJR1300) tonight, not far, just in town.
Thoughts:
IT HAS POWER! *this could be trouble*
I have always said I lose 100 IQ points by swinging a leg over…
I killed it 3 times while stopped on a hill (Duloot is full of hills).
The front brake has no feather – it is full on or full off.
My legs need to grow another 2 inches *researching logging boots with insoles, lowering kits, shorter seats, medieval racks for lengthening legs, Swedish penis pumps, etc*
This is going to be SO much fun. And the speeding tickets are going to be expensive!
Driving it to HH?
Dude, neutral, and a tidge of throttle.
I recommend trying this with a toaster.

Eating ramen out of a toaster? Ok….
That’s a lot of content for very few views, kind of like the Hat and Hair youtube playlist
That reminds me, I have to down vote your latest video.
This is why chocolate with excessive solids content doesn’t taste as strongly as chocolate with less.
Why is that a thing anyone would ever do? Oh yeah, Japan.
Reading the morning links – the Chik-fil-a story is bullshit. It’s a bunch of lefties who already loathe the company because of politics latching onto any little thing they can. No one, not one person, is going to stop going to there because of that tweet. But companies panic when the prog twitterati play this game. They aren’t your customers and they already hate you, just ignore them.
+50 ‘If we add a salad or veggie burger these people that hate us will finally love us!’
Good advice but corporate board members and CEOs will shit their pants at the drop of a hat.

Three way gone wrong?
Good morning, Sean, Stinky, and ‘bodru!
Not much going on today at my job, as far as I know – try to figure out when one employee’s address changed and she started having some local tax withheld erroneously, and eventually sort the mail that couldn’t be delivered yesterday because the front door was locked and no one answered the doorbell. 🙄
My life is a veritable roller coaster of excitement. 😐
Buckle up, it’s a jungle out there!

Looks like the FBI really did raid (or whatever you want to call it) Mike Lindell, the kooky but politically involved pillow guy:
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/fbi-tracks-down-mike-lindell-hunting-trip-surrounds-his-car-and-seizes-cell-phone
I was skeptical at first but now this is getting worrisome. This is a weaponized federal law enforcement attack on a legitimate political viewpoint and it’s dangerous.
The more they pull this shit, the more obvious it becomes that Orange and friends were right.
Yep and we’re lumped in by these people with the MAGAs along with the oldschool principled leftists. I don’t think our political ineffectiveness will save us anymore.
By the way, anyone know if his pillows are worth a damn? They have a big stack of them at the local discount mart and I’m thinking about picking one up.
My parents bought me a couple a few years ago. they are meh, there’s nothing wrong with them but they weren’t life changing or anything, if they are more expensive than your average pillow I’d pass.
Gracias, they’re overstock at a place called Ollie’s. For fifteen bucks I might give one a try, necks been bothering me with my current one.
Notice who they are not going after? “Established republicans”?
Following the logic here, they should have gone after Lindsey Gram’s phones as well.
How long until Rand gets raided?
3, 2, 1…
I most likely won’t be around for the endgame, but my kids will have to deal with it. It won’t be pretty, these things never end without violence
Mornin’, reprobates
Good morning, ‘patzie! How are you and all of yours today?
I am cranky from waking up at 3AM for work the past two days. OTOH there is a Carolina Wren singing his fool head off, and real loud. Number one son got a clean bill of health from the doc, Mrs. Patzer is keeping to her new dieting regimen. I get to shop at Whole Foods now for all the organic shit, and much to my surprise every pretty young lady in Northern Bergen County seems to shop there. I haven’t mentioned this to Mrs. Patzer, wouldn’t want her to go off the diet.
Hmmm….if those pretty young ladies are experienced Whole Foods shoppers, they might be happy to help you locate the quinoa (KEEN-wah.) Just sayin’.
No quinoa, but have discovered Wild Rice, straight from Minnesoda. That is now my favorite grain.
Oh, yeah – good stuff, but kinda pricey on its own. I’ve only ever had it blended with long grain white or brown rice.
Well worth the price. Tasty, firm textured, and loaded with nutrients, unlike “real” rice.
“‘ts Quin-Oh-Ah” – How I always read it mentally.
Took me forever to figure out what those snobby TV folks was sayin.
On the other hand, if you find the gal who finds it adorable when you pronounce it “QUEEN-oh,” you might just have a keeper.
Doctor’s orders? Someone tell zer that organic is a crock.
Domestic tranquility dictates silence.
Ha sure. I meant the doctor.
Mornin’ everyone!
Off to the gym.
NH Primary results are a mixed bag. More results will come in as counting and reporting continues today.
Howdy from Manistee!
Another beautiful day in store for us,
Hope y’allins doing well,
😎
Mornin’, Yusef! Tall Covfefe!
Sup patzie! And GT too!
2 more days til my road trip,
I’m antsy as all get out.
Bon voyage, Yu!
Gun goodies convergence!
The SIG is in Menands, and the glasses are in Albany!
Of course, there will have to be negotiations re: trading in the SIG for a CZ…
When I lived in Watervliet I would occassionally drive surface streets to reach the office in downtown Albany. The only visible indicator you changed cities between Watervliet, Menands, and Albany was the street sign says so. It was all one city from an urban landscape perspective.
LOL… Florida’s East coast seems like an unbroken strip mall from Jacksonville down to South Miami.
Never been to the east coast, only the panhandle.
The Jersey coast is like that too.
