This is one of those woman-centered weeks with the moon and Venus being the main drivers of activity. This especially comes into play on The 26th (primarily) and 27th (less so) in which Venus lines up with the principal three to make the most auspicious time to have a date night with your spouse/live-in partner. The back half of the week is a most excellent time for Scorpio, as it begins its month with the moon and Venus en suite. The last major event is difficult to read. Saturn returns to direct motion on the 25th, though technically it ceases being retrograde a couple of days earlier. Now typically, a planet returning to direct motion is a good thing, and events which happen over longer scales are considered more auspicious than common ones, and Saturn changing direction is the rarest of all the planetary changes. But this is Saturn we’re talking about here. It’s the only planet not named after a god and not coincidentally the only one generally considered baleful so is an unlucky sign returning to normal a lucky event or not?

Splendid. I can hardly wait.
Nothing happier than a dog on the trail!
We took Kiki out hiking yesterday. A million things to sniff and see. And she got to wade in a lake, so pretty much a perfect dog day.
Leo: Strength – Power, energy, action, courage, magnanimity; also complete success and honors.
Not too shabby. I’ll take it!
Yes, that would be me.
Lo!
JFC, man!
Does this refer to the garage door fucking up 1/2 way down the track?
I got bears around here – I can’t have a fucked up garage door.
Yeah, I’m not leaving the house after that.
I have to spend the week in NJ – really looking forward to that now.
Power, energy, action, courage, magnanimity; also complete success and honors.
Not sufficiently shitty.
I’m totally skipping the Oaks show this weekend.
The December show is the same weekend as a swing dance I go to. I expect to be down for both. I think we should try again for a Glibs meet-up at the show.
I’m around.
🙂
I wonder if we can get more than you, your girlfriend, and me to show up?
I might be available.
Excellent.
I haven’t been to a gun show in ten years. It hasn’t helped. In fact, it’s made things worse.
How many over priced 94s do I need to see?

Surprise! Steaks for lunch.
Are you saying you shot the cow, robbed a butcher, or the price of steak is such that you need armed defense?
The last one.
Sean, do you ever buy whole strips and trim them yourself?
I do not.
Well, my hat is off to your butcher. Those look great.
I’m making my first attempt at trimming steaks today, as soon as my vacuum sealer gets here.
Wegman’s family pack. Was the best looking pack though. I did paw through the pile.
Wegmans is new to me. I’ve been quite impressed; even though WebDom assures me that our nearest is not a great example of the brand. Their ribeyes are $5 per pound less than Stop & Shop in NYC.
I’m a fan of their deli meats selection too.
I remember them when I was little – the big ones we shopped at were like department stores for food.
I know I like things more cooked than most around here, but those look a little rare…. mooooo…
Surprise! Steaks for lunch.
Did you get a free purse with that gun? You put that dainty little thing in there to make the steaks look bigger, didn’t you?
Mee-yow.
It was on top of my range bag. Didn’t feel like rooting around the safe.
I got my $100 rebate for it recently.
I got bears around here – I can’t have a fucked up garage door.
Yeah, right. You can tell us. What are you using for bait?
I just watched the Bee’s ‘Californians Move to Texas’ ep. 3 – extended LOL at the cameo.
“I’ve got a lot of letters to write.” was a nice line.
That was the bit that had me LOL.
I like that he’s leaned into that.
So good. And Steve is awesome!
Gemini: Knight of Cups – Arrival, approach, advances, proposition, demeanor, invitation, incitement.
I’ll take it. It’s been a while since I’ve been propositioned.
You? I’ve never been propositioned. At this point what difference would it make?
Easier to get propositioned in NYC than elsewhere I think. But you are correct, what difference does it make at this point?
My self image was immensely reinforced when I was the designated driver for a couple of gay friends back when I worked retail to a nearby college town’s gay bar.
And no one vaguely hit on me there either. If you can’t get hit on in a gay bar, you know you’re nothing to write home about. Thank goodness my wife if self-evidentially crazy.
It’d be nice. That’s all I’m saying.
Virgo: Ace of Wands reversed – Fall, decadence, ruin, perdition, to perish.
So I should call-off work all week?
So I should call-off work all week?
You might just want to stay away from ladders and high places.
>>Virgo: Ace of Wands reversed – Fall, decadence, ruin, perdition, to perish.
so just my fate in general. As I like to say: Life has a lot more punishment in store for me.
I think theres something wrong with the cards this week, Fetterman is a leo

Nazis, everywhere.
Oh JFC give me a break.
How about children being lured into sex changes?
Capricorn? I’ll take it after the couple of weeks I’ve had.
Scorpio: Knight of Swords reversed – Imprudence, incapacity, extravagance
Driving to Philly for a concert on Wednesday. Between the cost of gas, an overnight hotel and the PA tollway, I’m nailing imprudence and extravagance.
