That’s all I got for today. I’ll leave you with a song and move along with my day.
The rule will require that workers be considered employees rather than contractors when they are “economically dependent” on a company.
Bull-fucking-shit. Not a company’s problem if you are dependent on only them for your income. I hate this shit, I hated it when California tried it. It’s going to crush a whole active sector of the economy.
You can only be a contractor if you don’t need the work.
Does the company get to claim them as dependents on taxes?
Is the law really that wide open that these pronouncements are able to be made by the regulatory state or are they clearly overstepping their bounds?
I employ a contractor, luckily only part time so they couldn’t reasonably be called dependent on us, but where in the law does it say this can be a test?
Which is he? An employee or a contractor.
I use a contractor*
In official communications I’m more careful.
Kinda like a sex toy.
I blame me. I’ve just been talking to my employer about transitioning from full time to a contractor. Of course there is a new law that will screw this up. My Loser Aura has once again struck.
On the other hand I work with a lot of Govt True Believers, so this could be funny to watch as they try to figure out.
Uffda. I meant to reply to Neph’s comment about the IT world being screwed by the muddling of what a contractor means.
And you thought you were ready to transition.
My moobs are real and they are fantastic. I thought I was halfway ready to transition.
Chuck, is that you?
That’s going to cause some… interesting… changes in the IT world if it holds. There’s a lot of contract work in IT.
Government contractors are now government employees.
Government contractors are employees of the contracting firm (owned on paper by a woman or non-white) who cuts their paycheck. The government pays the contracting company’s invoices.
If the contracting company employs any as 1099 contractors, then the company gets saddled with them as w2 employees.
Just following the logic. If a contracting company depends on government contracts then it becomes part of the government.
Nein!
Pretty sure that was confirmed in 2021 with the mandates
Indians hardest hit.
I think you could very easily make an argument that if you’re a contractor on an H-1B, you’re “economically dependent” on the company.
Extremely dependent. If they’re not, I don’t know who is.
Julie Su is bound and determined to bring the crapfest of AB 5 to the rest of the country. Presumably it helps unions, that seems to be most of why CA does what it does and they’ve certainly got influence in the PPP admin.
Morning all.
The Feds should apply that rule to themselves first considering the number of “contractors” in all departments.
Start smaller. I hope this rule is used to screw over the free lance interpreters for Minnesoda courts.
“in 1997 when they established a rate of $50 per hour.”
Jesus. I don’t know how much time is spent waiting around and of that is paid for these people or what, but I have a hard time believing they can’t find people to do the work even at 50/hr.
$130K/year for full-time work is pretty sweet, really.
Yeah, but they ‘deserve’ $200k/yr. Which I think is significantly more than average for the lawyers they will be interpreting.
People qualified for legal translation and interpretation in Somali and other exotic languages spoken in Minnesota are a lot rarer than lawyers.
Similar to an attorney – do you really think they can fully bill for a full 8 hour day every day?
If the govt is paying them, yes, I’m sure they can, and do.
They’re paid, I’m sure, when they are on duty (and likely on call) to translate. Courtrooms run most of the workday. I suspect billing 8 hours a day is completely typical, and not even a scam, really.
Depends on the language. Spanish, sure. Estonian? Not so much. A girl I dated once, her father was a translator (along with guard) for CA corrections. He did Russian, German, and Estonian, and when he started, back in the eighties, it was kind of a racket. Just padding on his duty sheet. Well, until the wall came down and he had to do real work, mostly with Russian.
Maybe they should hire them as contractors?
We (CA) voted to overturn AB 5, at least.
Bidens don’t need ethics agreements, because the Biden’s are perfect angels, Fat Jack!
Well, it’s not like the kids were learning anything there.
How big are those synagogue tunnels again? Could move the illegal aliens there….
No, that’s where they are going to house the Palestinian refugees.
From the tunnels to the sea CHUDS will be free!
Lol
Speaker Johnson May Need Help From Dems to Pass Funding Deal
He wants to follow the path of his predecessor?
There, I hope you deploranazis will stop yammering about Ray Epps. A year of probation is just as harsh as a couple of decades behind bars.
His wrist may not survive such a severe slap.
I wish I had started a betting pool on that. My personal thoughts were 6 months of probation.
I got the same sentence as a young man for having a book of rolling papers and some seeds in my car…just as bad as trying to overthrow DEMOCRACY!!! apparently.
Let me guess, it’s a misdemeanor as well, couldn’t let him have to deal with a felony conviction.
“This will go down on your Permanent Record.”
I’m surprised it wasn’t deferred adjudication.
Fuck off, Fox News and Epoch Times. I’m not giving you my email address.

It is a trap! Everyone knows that slavers.com is a phishing site. The real site is slavers.org.
Slavers.gov, dummy.
Akshually, you want slavers.co.uk.
It’s historic.
The website for the Royal African Company.
There are sites that’ll set you up with a temporary email for registration if you want to go through all of that rigamarole. Probably easier to just not visit though.
For example (and plenty of others):
https://yopmail.com/
https://bugmenot.com is a site where you can check if there are already logins that are being shared.
… And once you do they only let you see like 3 articles without subscribing.
Considering what is / has been spent to buy off their votes in the first place, $35M to make them stay bought is pocket change.
Ah, the critical Pacific Islander voting bloc.
If that is a quote from the DCCC they are being racist again. The correct term is Asian, Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian. It was fun on APINH day at the ballpark when the Japanese-American guy they brought in to announce the celebration kept stumbling over and forgetting the NH part of APINH.
Well, I start NEW JOB today. Big opportunity for me to maybe get my life together…God, please don’t let me fuck this up.

Final Release of Epstein Docs Looms
*yawn*
Final release, as in, they aren’t releasing any more. Not in the sense that they are releasing all of them.
They named pretty much only the people we knew about.
And nothing else will happen. Ghislaine apparently trafficked minors to…no one, never mind that a bunch of elites with Epstein connections are known to have been at his properties, including pedo-island.
Daily Ray of Sunshine
I thought all Southern cops were totally racist. This guy is a disappointment.

“The homeowner was not home, but saw the footage from his phone and called the police.”
Yonkers police bother to respond to porch piracy calls? Wow.
The cop had to be within a few blocks at most, given the timing.
Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., likely will need to rely on House Democrats to pass a government funding deal, The Hill has reported.
It probably gives Dems everything they want anyway.
As is traditional. I never cease to be amazed at how the Dems manage to get so much of what they want when they don’t control the House, Senate, and Presidency, and the Repubs can’t seem to get much of what they (say they) want when they control all three.
Say what you want, but at least they repealed Obamacare when they controlled all three branches of govt.
And then they reformed health care and insurance with free market solutions. Don’t forget that!
Missed it by one vote, may John McCain continue to rot in hell.
what they (say they) want
Revealed preferences are revealing.
Same reason Bernie Sanders and AOC will always win. They want total government control over everything. A bill passes that modestly increases regulation in some area – win (a small one). A bill passes that nationalizes 1/6 of the economy – win. The government prints more money and takes on more debt – win. The government spends more money than last year – win.
All those fuckers do is win because the government never gets smaller. No, they don’t get their communist paradise next month, but they just keep getting victories every.single.day.
Democrats likely had to agree to increasing spending at a slightly slower rate.
AuStErItY!!!
Bro, we cut $16 billion bro.
1% less than their ask. I need to get employed by a Republican.
Cut does not mean spending $14B more than last year but less than the $30B we were ‘programmed’ to spend.
Let me know when you at least do away with all the bs spending that Rand Paul calls out every year. And then when you actually balance the budget. (I won’t hold my breath)
Georges Berges tells Congress he did not communicate with the White House about an ethics agreement for Hunter art sales and that most of the first son’s paintings were purchased by Democratic Party donors and at least one political appointee.
This paints a clearer picture. I’m sure everything here is above board.
My favorite detail:
“Half now, half after I get my no-show job”
“I’m sure everything here is above board.”
Even if it’s not, still life will go on.
You were just sitting on that joke.
Welp, with illegals cleared to vote in this year’s election in AZ, I think my decision not to vote at all is now final. I expect what could have been a close race, and what historically would have been either a Repub victory or a close race, to be a big win for the Dems, with little cheating actually needed.
I was going to say it would be weird when all the Dems win all the Fed offices by 20 points, but state offices are 50/50. Then I realized that I was being way too optimistic thinking that the election judges would actually do the work to make sure the illegals got Fed only ballots. Pragmatic me realizes that everyone will just get the normal ballot with all the races on it.
AZ SoS – oh we forgot to print up those “Fed only” ballots, we’ll just have to hand out full ones.
Ding ding. That was the obvious ploy when some of the sanctuary cities were saying they would let illegals vote, but only in local races.
Sure. You’ll have a special pile of “illegals-only” ballots, which you will make sure are the only ones every illegal gets.
with little cheating actually needed
Allowing illegals to vote is cheating. Might as well give everyone in the world a ballot.
Ah, go ahead and vote so when you get indignant you can be righteously so.
Vote several times, even!
If you read the followup, it turns put that is Federal Law and Arizona added the proof for local and state elections, but couldnt for federal.
So AZ may have the strongest standard.
s/put/out/
We all know you put out.
If you’re right, doesn’t that mean federal law requires every state to register illegals to vote and allow them to vote in federal elections?
Iowa does not require proof of citizenship to vote. Only proof of identity (which was only a recent addition).
No. I think this is being misunderstood.
Ohio just had their “draconian” voting laws upheld by a federal court.
One of the news stories I read mentioned that the judge pointed out that the plaintiffs were unable to provide a single person who was denied access due to the laws.
DHS Sec Mayorkas Admits Border Patrol Releases Over 85% of Illegal Immigrants Into U.S. Interior

See? You crazy, right-wing conspiracy theorists threats to democracy thought he was a fed. What do you mean he got a slap on the wrist compared to people who did far less who were held for years in pretrial detention, then sentenced to years in prison for crimes amounting to trespassing?
Less than people that weren’t even at the Capitol that day.
The people who were on the capitol lawn are next. Then all the wrongthinkers after that.
Now it all makes sense on why they wanted flight records. Hell if you happened to drive into the city to pickup lunch that day I suspect they will get a visit from the FBI soon.
Well frankly, driving into DC for lunch is pretty suspicious.

DCCC to Spend $35 Million in Attempt to Retain Minority Vote
How long did Johnson say he wanted “those n*ggers” voting Democrat?
in which he or she is eligible
What about the zim/zirs? This language is so bigoted.
A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a “federal only” voter).
Seems legit. Besides, Dems only need the federal government because everything in the US is intended to be top-down. It is known.
“Arizona Allowing Noncitizens to Vote in Federal Elections”
This, along with unlimited mail in ballots is how Brandon (and all future Dems) win elections for their fundamental transformation. Colorado was the test market for this shit over 10 years ago when they rammed through (with Pachyderm help and a Pachyderm SoS BTW) universal mail-in ballots and drivers licenses for illegals. Ever since that happened, Republicans have oddly lost nearly every election of consequence. I don’t think this state is nearly as blue as it appears, in fact I think it’s purplish-red, much like the US as a whole; which is why it was used as a test market IMO. Can we fuck around at the margins enough to get the percentages we need? At the time, naive me, I did think it was odd that so much attention and money was being paid to the SoS race in 2014. After all, what normie even knows what the SoS does?
I’ll say this much, the DNC and the Soros billionaire class are geniuses. They’re thoroughly evil, but they finally cracked the code on how to bloodlessly take over the most powerful country in history so I have to give them credit for how brilliant they are. If I were inclined to such thoughts, I would say that The Enemy is working through them; it is certainly grand enough, genius enough and well-executed enough to be his work.
I’m not sure how the 49 other states don’t have standing to sue (of course only the red states would)
See the followup, the orher 49 states have sane standard, it is federal law. AZ actually has a stronger standard than the other 49 states with the requirement for local and state elections.
The Enemy???
We have met the enemy…

Thousands of James Madison High School students are kicked out of their NYC building to make room for 2,000 migrants evacuated from Floyd Bennett Field due to storm threat
If they stayed in their home countries they wouldn’t need to worry about snow.
Republican Councilwoman Inna Vernikov posted video of the migrants entering James Madison High School without having to scan their faces the way students typically do.
Illegal aliens are more important that American students.
In a statement, City Hall referred to the illegal migrants as ‘guests’ and called it a temporary stay.
“Guests” leave eventually. And I suppose the students are going to be remote learning. I am sure the (presumably) taxpaying parents appreciate this.
It’s a NY public school. They weren’t learning anything anyway.
Illegals are more important. Eventually they will have enough of those votes to counteract anyone leaving the party. They probably already do.
Here’s a quote I found on the internet, maybe a Glib said it first.

“Defense Sec Austin Was Treated for Prostate Cancer”
How is he gonna continue raping military tradition if he can no longer get an erection?
PS: I’m sure any old squadron commander can just disappear to the hospital for a week without telling his superiors and face no consequences. Right?
The whole thing is just idiotic but the coverup was even worse. Like a kindergartener lying about eating glue.
I have, from all the reports, see 4-days of AWOL and an Article 133 violation at minimum.
I mean who cares? Did the person actually running the U.S. know? Maybe.
Who cares? Every soldier most likely. In terms of the defense of the United States, nothing really there but as Pine points out, chain-of-command is broken, no one really knew who was in command (his deputy was on vacation).
It just highlights that if you are favored, Standards of Conduct only apply when they want and that is a huge morale killer.
But we know nothing will happen. It will get twisted as Republican’s POUNCE or opinion pieces on how it is racist because 1 in 5 black men have prostate cancer and are really only pointing this out cause he is black.
Seems more like an Article 92 violation considering he apparently didn’t inform either Biden or his subordinates what he was doing.
This is also a very big deal from a nuclear command and control issue.
Going silent like this involves him, and a lot of folks who work for him, violating standards (and probably statutes) in a very serious way. He should be fired and at least impeached.
My prediction (you’ve heard it before): he’ll be promoted to VP after they martyr Harris. This just adds another level of rubbing our noses in it.
Well, since the Sec Def is a civilian role, I’m not sure the same rules apply to him as to the grunts.
Several months after I’d retired from Sam’s Finest I was in Darnall Hospital (Ft Hood) having hernia repair surgery. The Brigade Commander stopped in, didn’t realize I’d retired 4-5 months earlier. I was on the brigade staff when I retired, had a really important job (in my humble opinion).
Are they sure it wasn’t brain cancer and they’re just misreporting due to proximity?
Reality has replaced satire

I don’t know what a person in this role makes, but obviously more than the opticians.
Maybe the problem wasn’t your income but your outflow, unless you’re telling me all opticians are selling their body to make ends meet.
War on plastic
Microscopic pieces of plastic are everywhere. Now, they’ve been found in bottled water in concentrations 10 to 100 times more than previously estimated.
Researchers from Columbia University and Rutgers University found roughly 240,000 detectable plastic fragments in a typical liter of bottled water. The study was published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
About 10% of the detected plastic particles were microplastics, and the other 90% were nanoplastics. Microplastics are between 5 millimeters to 1 micrometer; nanoplastics are particles less than 1 micrometer in size. For context, a human hair is about 70 micrometers thick.
Microplastics have already been found in people’s lungs, their excrement, their blood and in placentas, among other places. A 2018 study found an average of 325 pieces of microplastics in a liter of bottled water.
We must rid the world of plastic. They make it from you-know-what.
Surprisingly, Styx is on board with this. And I am, too. We have a friend who does this research at the local university. She said they can’t even find a control sample of water without plastic in it. Tap water, everything bought from the store (even in glass bottles) has tiny bits of plastic in it. And all the “recycled” bottles get shipped to Asia and end up covering the ground in the Philippines. No bueno.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okHM8n4EX_8
They can’t use distilled water? Or are they saying there’s plastics in that as well?
Was wondering that. So i make RO water from a machine regularly.
Is there microplastic in that?
Yes, because the distilled water is usually transported or stored in contact with plastic. I guess they’d have to distill the water themselves, using all glass equipment.
Yeah, figured the ones stored/transported in plastic would be contaminated, and figured they would have the equipment. It’s not hard to distill water even at home.
I dunno, at the nanometer level you still might get them in the distillate.
I am pretty confident microplastics have no health consequences whatsoever but we can chase down control samples if people are nervous.
only drink pure water from your own well must be 100 meters deep and extracted with a silver bucket on a hemp rope
That’s awfully big for a “micro” measurement.

Ecuador declares war on armed gangs after TV station attacked on air
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-67930452
President Noboa’s emergency declaration responded to a wave of recent jail riots and escapes from prisons and other acts of violence blamed by authorities on criminal gangs.
His decree listed the Choneros (named after the town of Chone in Manabi Province) as well as 21 other gangs.
The order built on the state of emergency declared on Monday, which ordains a nightly curfew in an attempt to curb violence following Fito’s escape. Security forces have been trying to re-establish order in at least six jails where riots broke out on Monday.

According to the @OppInsights analysis standardized test scores explain less than 1/5 of the variation in college GPA. So over 80% of the variation in college grades exists among students with similar test scores. Does that sound like strong prediction to you?

I’m going to lose my mind. You can’t look for variation in college GPA to SAT *AFTER* You use SAT as a selection mechanism as evidence as SATs validity.

Humanity faces a perilous future, marked by an explosion of disinformation turbocharged by artificial intelligence and the devastating effects of climate change.
The gloomy outlook comes from an annual survey by the World Economic Forum (WEF) of people paid to identify and manage global risks.
According to the report published Wednesday, nearly two-thirds of respondents expect an “elevated chance of global catastrophes” in the next decade. About 30% expect the same in the next two years.
While the report does not define a “global catastrophe,” it describes “global risk” as an event that would “negatively impact a significant proportion of global gross domestic product, population or natural resources.”
In a statement, the WEF said its latest report “warns of a global risks landscape in which progress in human development is being chipped away slowly, leaving states and individuals vulnerable to new and resurgent risks.”
Only we can save you. Come. Embrace the visionary protections of our global socialist dictatorship.
Those assholes seem to be the biggest risk of a negative impact on the global population from where I sit.
In a statement, the WEF said its latest report “warns of a global risks landscape in which progress in human development is being chipped away slowly, leaving states and individuals vulnerable to new and resurgent risks.”
Hmmm… Maybe stop taxing and regulating creativity? It is easy to see that industries which evolved faster than regulation were quite successful at remaking society.
“The people paid to spot risks see high chance of ‘global catastrophe’ within 10 years”
They’re not paid to spot risks just like the Southern Poverty Law Center is paid to spot white supremacists.

REVIEW: The Education of Cyrus, by Xenophon
https://www.thepsmiths.com/p/review-the-education-of-cyrus-by
It is easier, given his nature, for a human being to rule all the other kinds of animals than to rule human beings. But when we reflected that there was Cyrus, a Persian, who acquired very many people, very many cities, and very many nations, all obedient to himself, we were thus compelled to change our mind to the view that ruling human beings does not belong among those tasks that are impossible… We know that Cyrus, at any rate, was willingly obeyed by some, even though they were distant from him by a journey of many days; by others, distant by a journey even of months; by others, who had never yet seen him; and by others, who knew quite well that they would never see him. Nevertheless, they were willing to submit to him.

No question.
Our argument is a simple one. In his nominating papers, Trump swore that he was “qualified” for the office of president, as is required to be on the ballot in Illinois. It is the mandatory role of the Illinois State Board of Elections to evaluate objections as to whether a candidate who claims to be qualified actually meets the qualifications for the office they seek. Trump does not. Because there is no question that he engaged in the insurrection of January 6, 2021, he is ineligible for the office of the president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. His certification that he is qualified for that office is therefore false, and his nominating papers are invalid.
Except he was never charged, tried and convicted for insurrection. The capitol event was a small riot at best, not an insurrection. And the cited constitutional provision does not apply to the then sitting president. You people are as mendacious as you are stupid.
I would fully support my state striking Biden from the ballot for allowing an invasion over our southern border. They want to dance, let’s dance.
I’d be surprised if nominating papers aren’t filed under oath. I expect the perjury charges to be filed any day now.
Apparently, there are many shades of black. No matter how black-pilled I feel, there is always a new reason to get blacker.
Once you go black….
My display went black once. But then it came back.
I hear that almost never happens.
Workers of the world, unite
A union representing many of Germany’s train drivers started a nearly three-day strike early Wednesday in a rancorous dispute with the country’s state-owned main railway operator over working hours and pay.
Train travel across the country and in many cities came to a near standstill with commuters and other travelers struggling to find alternatives involving long-distance bus or car travel or flights.
State-owned Deutsche Bahn said only around 20% of its long-distance trains were running and many regional and commuter trains in cities like Berlin were also not in operation.
“The strike by the train drivers’ union GDL has had a massive impact on train services in Germany,” said Deutsche Bahn spokeswoman Anja Broeker. “We regret the restrictions and hope that many people who were unable to reschedule their journey will get to their destination.”

Deutsche Bahn had tried to legally prevent the strike until the very end, but on Tuesday night a court ordered that the strike could go ahead.
Late last month, members of GDL voted overwhelmingly to stage open-ended strikes in a bitter dispute.
In addition to pay raises, the central issue is the union’s call for shift workers’ hours to be reduced from 38 to 35 hours per week without a pay reduction, a demand for which employers so far have balked.
GDL argues that it would make working for the railway more attractive and help attract new recruits, while Deutsche Bahn says the demand can’t practically be met.
Solidarity, brother.

Bringing up the big guns
Former President Obama believes there would be “incalculable damage” if former President Trump were to win the upcoming election, former Attorney General Eric Holder said.
In an interview with USA Today, Holder, a close friend of Obama, said he and the former president both believe that the damage would be great if Trump were to win the 2024 election.
“I think that’s what motivates him,” Holder said of Obama. “I think that’s what will continue to motivate him.”
Holder’s comments come just days after former First Lady Michelle Obama said she is “terrified about what could possibly happen” in the election.
“Because our leaders matter. Who we select, who speaks for us, who hold that bully pulpit – it affects us in ways that sometimes I think people take for granted,” she said on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast on Monday.
The 44th President has been speaking with President Biden, his former vice president, regularly and honestly about the race, sources close with Obama told USA Today.
The outlet reported that Obama thinks the election will “be a very close race,” according to a person close to him, and that as Biden’s campaign attempts to stifle worries about his chances against Trump, the former president will try to help with key voting bases where polls show Biden losing support since 2020, including voters of color.
Just accuse them of being race traitors. That always works.
Go away, Barry.

The US has announced nearly $1bn in grants to replace diesel-powered school buses with electric and lower-emitting vehicles.
The Environmental Protection Agency will disburse funds to 280 school districts serving 7 million children across the country in an effort to curb harmful air pollution and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
“Today we’re once again accelerating the transition to electric and low-emission school buses in America, helping to secure a healthier future where all our children can breathe cleaner air,” the EPA administrator, Michael Regan, said in a statement.
Diesel emissions have been linked to higher rates of asthma, cancer and school absenteeism. Communities of color and people living in low-income neighborhoods are more likely to suffer from higher rates of air pollution.
Eighty-six per cent of grant recipients are in school districts that serve low-income, rural and tribal communities, according to the EPA. The new funds mean so far nearly $2bn has been awarded to add about 5,000 clean buses to schools across the country. The program draws from the 2021 bipartisan infrastructure law that carved out $5bn to equip schools with clean buses over five years, and is part of a broader federal strategy that aims to spend 40% of investments in environmental justice communities.
Just keep sprinkling money like magic fairy dust. Voters love that. Also- environmental justice communities!
You can’t get money anymore from the feds unless you’re an ‘environmental justice communities’.

Walmart has unveiled plans to dive further into the world of artificial intelligence — and drones — to improve its customers’ shopping experiences.
——-
The company also provided a glimpse into “InHome Replenishment,” which aims to use AI to learn consumers’ shopping habits and keep them stocked on their favorite groceries, as well as a beta platform that allows customers to create outfits virtually and get feedback from their friends.
Meanwhile Sam’s Club, which Walmart owns, has a new twist on checking out — whether it’s with the “scan and go” technology, self-checkout or just using a traditional staffed register. Instead of stopping at a cashier to show the receipt, cameras at the stores’ exits take a picture of what’s in shoppers’ carts to confirm purchases.
This camera technology is available in 10 clubs so far, according to Sam’s Club CEO Chris Nicholas, and is being rolled out further later this year.
I will continue to not spend my money in their dingy depressing stores.
Scan and go at Sam’s is elite level shopping.
If they have a drone that helps you get something from the top shelf that would be something.
I did the whole “take it and leave” thing at a small Amazon store last Texas Rangers game. It was neat. Just log in, get everything you want and leave. Good from a customer perspective. It saves no money on staff because it took three people to keep it clean and watch for shoplifters.
