GlibFit 4.0 – Fitness Trackers

This week’s article is definitely an open call for comments. I do not know anything about fitness trackers. I have never used one. If you use one or have experience with them (good or bad) then tell us about it in the comments.

GlibFit 4.0 – Rowing

Rowing, otherwise known as crew, is just what it sounds like. We have all seen the pictures of one, two, or eight preppies in a really thin boat sitting low on the water. If you get ESPN 8 (“The Ocho”) you might have seen it live just before you fell asleep.

GlibFit 4.0 – Halloween Is Kicking My Ass

Happy Halloween Glibs! If you are like me, this may be the most dangerous time of year when it comes to eating. I’m a sucker for leftover Halloween candy, if it’s chocolate. All the other crap I can easily throw in the garbage. But heaven help me if it’s dark chocolate or chocolate with peanuts.

GlibFit 4.0 – Medicinal Food

I have been thinking about food quite a bit lately. My weight has been creeping back up. Part of it has been due to very odd hours and inconsistent workouts. I like the changing scenery and feeling of motion from running.

GlibFit 4.0 – What Motivates You to Work Out?

This seems like a good time to discuss what motivates you to workout. I’m broadly defining workout. It can be anything that get’s you off your ass and gets your heart pumping. Sports, lifting weights, walking, running, biking, jumping rope, skateboarding, and so forth all count.
